As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. This business for me is not a business that I rely on as my main source of income, which allows me to do something that none of my competitors can do. That is provide a very relaxed and "easy to do business with" atmosphere because detailing is a hobby before an income. And it is on that principle alone that customers continue to come back.
